Starpro ALWAYS has the physical therapist working directly with you, not techs, if this is a big deal to you. I felt I was supported in the discharge process going from PT->pilates, and that any therapist there would ensure that you're set up for success. Fantastic physical therapy office and absolutely adore PT Erica Fischer. It is a welcoming space for diverse patients with a range of conditions being treated in the space. I would feel comfortable and confident referring any patient here. I worked with Erica who is personable, clear, efficient, and listens to patients with good humor and a clear plan for helping each patient better. Erica manages to juggle multiple patients with her skilled, watchful eye. She is able to correct a patient's form from across the room. I also appreciate that StarPro emphasizes hands-on therapy (massage, joint mobilization, and manipulation) at every session. They are also equipped with other therapeutic modalities (heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation). After my sessions, I am pain-free and I better understand how to move and train my body.
