Hear From Our Patients

I can’t recommend Carolyn Oh at StarPro Physical Therapy highly enough. From my very first appointment, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me get better, not just treating my symptoms. What really stood out was how much she taught me throughout the process. She took the time to explain what was causing my issues, why we were doing certain exercises, and how I could continue improving on my own. I left every session understanding my body a little better. She’s also incredibly friendly, patient, and easy to work with, which made every appointment something I actually looked forward to. Thanks to her comprehensive approach, I feel significantly better than when I started and have the tools and confidence to keep progressing. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who truly cares, is exceptionally knowledgeable, and takes the time to educate and empower her patients, Carolyn is the person to see. Thank you, Carolyn!

Dear StarPro, Thank you. You are a great team. I needed PT for a knee problem. Absolutely everyone there was professional and supportive. The overall atmosphere was very comfortable and motivating due to the people and their dedication to quality. Special mention to the staff I worked with there over time--Carolyn, Melanie, Terence, Mayuri, Alonzo, Guo, and Ryant. This is a well-organized, super-professional physical therapy practice.Sorry if I missed anyone. I am much improved and look forward to enjoying my health--free of pain and stronger than ever. Best wishes, Lisa

Carolyn Oh is a terrific PT practitioner. She has helped me tremendously for my replaced shoulder and compression fractures on my lower spine. Carolyn is very pleasant, professional and very engaged in my improvement. Besides, Carolyn the entire staff at StarPro is to be complimented because they are all friendly and supportive. I can ask questions and I receive easily understandable responses. I highly recommend using StarPro in general and Carolyn in particular. John Campbell

A tremendous physiotherapy center in the heart of the UES of New York! Its lead clinician Dr Guo Zeng is one of the physiothetapists I have worked with. I fully and most strongly recommend him! As a patient you will be in a physiotherapy center that believes in going beyond the call of duty to ensure their patients'recovery. And no one more than Dr Zeng.

I started physical therapy because of a complete knee replacement, then developed lower back issues from previous lumbar surgeries, followed by a torn calf muscle. My physical therapist is Rebecca Kleiner who has greatly helped me with all these issues. She is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring, and because of her I was able to regain my strength and flexibility so I could resume all my physical activities. She also devised a program where I could work on these issues at home with minimal equipment. I highly recommend her without any reservations. She is by far is the best physical therapist I have ever seen.

It was a helpful amazing experience. My only concern is the amount of visits that I have to make and it’s a $35 co-pay coming from California where all of my treatment was covered is my only issue.

Bio

My path to becoming a physical therapist began at Virginia Tech, where I earned my degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise and served as a student athletic trainer with Virginia Tech Football and Cheer. This experience sparked my passion for sports medicine and helping athletes recover from injury and return to the activities they love.

I went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I developed a strong interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. During PT school, I also served as Finance Coordinator for our student-run pro bono physical therapy clinic, helping support the clinic's mission of providing accessible care to the community.

Today, my clinical interests include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, knee and shoulder injuries, return to sport rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. I strive to provide evidence-based, individualized care that helps patients move confidently and return to the activities that matter most to them.
