Best PT clinic in NYC - hands down and no comparison (in my humble opinion). I had a knee surgery that was safe to safe one of the hardest recoveries I’ve ever had. However, after 5 months I’m basically 100% with 0 pain and full functionality. I personally saw Jeff and he’s absolutely incredible - extremely knowledgeable, caring, and actually listens to ensure your recovery is based on your goals. HOWEVER, I would recommend any PT there as they all share that same trait (Alekksia and OV are the absolute best). I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would recommend StarPro to anyone and everyone.

From my first day of physical therapy for my back, I was greeted with a smile by your friendly front office staff, which immediately put me at ease.I was fortunate to be assigned to Ovadya Pollak, aka Ov. His high energy and "firecracker" personality make you feel like you can achieve anything. He is incredibly patient and explains every exercise step-by-step. I think he has eyes in the back of his head.😂. Regardless of how many patients he is managing, he consistently checks in to ensure proper technique, correct form, and targeted muscle engagement to prevent injury.Additionally, Sarah was very supportive and helpful throughout my recovery process. I am feeling great, and choosing STARPRO for my physical therapy was an excellent decision.

Bio

Aleksia graduated from a combined accelerated program receiving her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science and doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2021. A small-town upstate girl strives to create an environment based on inclusivity and positivity. As a former field hockey and lacrosse player, she has an athletic understanding of setting personal goals. In 2021, she set a goal to run the NYC marathon; accomplished in 2022 representing EmpowerHER, an organization created for young girls who have experienced the loss of their mother.  Through her marathon training, she was able to understand the many challenges her patients experience when achieving their own personal goals. She aims to holistically treat her patients, actively listen to their concerns, and provide guidance towards achieving individualized goals.
