My Orthopedist, at 3 months post op, switched my PT to Star Pro because he knew I'd get better results. I'm 63, and had a Reverse Shoulder Replacement due to trauma. My therapist Max, understood my age and health issues, worked hard and creatively to get me back on track. It was great that it wasn't the same routine every time. Dan is the best physical therapist I have been to. He is always making new exercises for me to do that relate to my sport. Considering my sport is very hard on the body doing the right exercises that relate to my skills is crucial. After I had my knee surgery he made sure to get me back to gymnastics as quick as possible while completely healing my knee. Lauren is a New York State licensed Physical Therapist who graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in 2021. Throughout her time at Nazareth College she gained a wide variety of clinical experiences from outpatient orthopedics to acute care. Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Wellness Management in 2017 from the State University of New York at Oswego. While at SUNY Oswego, Lauren was a student athlete and team captain of the women’s DIII cross country and indoor/outdoor track and field teams. Her favorite events include the 5k and 3k steeplechase. Her love for running as well as health and wellness inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy.
