Bio

I received my Masters in Occupational Therapy at Columbia University where I developed a passion for the specialty area of Hand Therapy. While spending the first years of my career at two major NYC Hospitals, I was able to gain experience with a vast patient population consisting of many different diagnoses. After five years of licensed practice and over 2,000 hours in direct patient contact in an outpatient hand therapy setting, I earned my advanced certification in hand therapy. I have continued to expand my knowledge through continued coursework and staying current with the latest evidence based practice techniques. I am very adept at custom splinting for both protection and treatment of upper extremity conditions. I began working with Professional Hand Therapy in 6/2018 and have since grown the Hand Therapy Practice in Westchester from the ground up and have spearheaded a clinical mentorship program for novice therapists to learn from their more experienced counterparts.

Bio

Jacky received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and has been practicing since 2021. Prior to dedicating his life to physical therapy, Jacky has spent over 7 years as a research assistant at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and Columbia University Medical Center where he performed extensive research in the area of schizophrenia. As a physical therapy student, Jacky's clinical experience include rotations at Bellevue Hospital, a level 1 trauma center in NYC and at NYU Rusk Rehabilitation where he helped rehabilitate patients with neurological conditions in an acute care setting. Jacky's interest is in orthopedic and sports physical therapy and is certified in blood flow restriction therapy. Jacky is a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling and has practiced the art for over 8 years. As a practitioner and active competitor in the sport, Jacky is able to relate to athletes and understand their goals and their needs; not just to return to their respective sport, but excel at their craft. Jacky believes that one of the most satisfying aspects of being a physical therapist is to help his patients surpass their goals.

Bio

In high school I was involved in many sports including baseball, basketball, karate and was always an active person. In high school I had a couple major injuries that sidelined me and required months of PT. I always admired my PTs dedication to not only me but all patients and how they were able to make a positive difference in these individuals lives and get them back to the things they love doing. I strive to do the same for all individuals that I work with.

Bio

Hannah earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2026, where she gained extensive clinical experience in both outpatient and pediatric physical therapy settings. Prior to attending Stony Brook, she graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2023 with a degree in Exercise Science.

Hannah has a strong passion for working with athletes and helping them return to their highest level of performance through individualized rehabilitation and movement-based care. Her interest in physical therapy began through her own experiences playing softball throughout childhood, as well as witnessing the rehabilitation journeys of both herself and her teammates.

Throughout her seven years of higher education, Hannah worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, leading both individual and group fitness sessions focused on safe, effective, and functional movement. This experience further strengthened her passion for helping others improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Hannah finds great fulfillment in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey and is deeply grateful for the opportunity to help others regain function, achieve their goals, and thrive both physically and mentally.
