While in school, Shara was a competitive soccer player. The physical demands of the sport—and her own experiences with injury—ultimately led her to physical therapy, shaping both her career path and her patient-centered approach to care.

She continues to stay active in both cycling and soccer, reinforcing her belief in maintaining strong, efficient, and pain-free movement.
Her treatment approach integrates traditional physical therapy with functional movement training and Pilates-based techniques.
